Touch

Touch is an interactive light installation.

Spring 2022. It has been three years since the pandemic hit. Covid-19 changed how people live. And regardless of how introverted I deemed myself to be, it still slowly devolved my normalcy. After a devastating winter, when the spring arrives Los Angles, sitting under the sunshine watching my fellow school mates having their lunch-time chatter, I almost wanted to cry. However everything tangible has became so alien to me. Timid and frightened, my wish became only wish and dreams only dreams.

So I ended up giving birth to this little project. It was my humble and mournful attempt to reach to someone, something, and some sort of hopefulness I had been so dreadfully yearned for.
